Creating an Icône account

 

– On your PC, click the ‘Account’ button on the top right of the home page (on your smartphone, this button is in the menu).
– Enter your email address on the registration page.
– Fill in your details in the required fields and confirm.

Logging in to your account

 

To log in to your Icône account, click the ‘Account’ button on the top right of the home page (if you are on your smartphone, this button can be found in the menu).

Enter your email address and password, then confirm.

You can also log in via ‘Facebook Connect’.

Receiving the Icône newsletter in your mail box

 

To sign up for our newsletter, all you have to do is go to the ‘My Account’ page, and select the ‘Subscribe to our invitations’ box.

If you haven’t received any of our invitations, try searching your spam/junk email folder, and adding our email address hello@icone-paris.com to your address book/contacts list.

Unsubsribing from the Icône newsletter

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, all you have to do is unselect the ‘Subscribe to our invitations’ box on the ‘My Account/My Info’ page. You can also click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send you.

Managing your shipping adress

You can save your shipping address to your account, so that you don’t have to type it in every time you make an order. You can also delete saved shipping addresses.
Either action can be completed by going to the ‘My Account/My Addresses’ page.

Changing your password and personal info

To change your password, go to the ‘My Account’ page.
You can also change or delete personal information, such as your date of birth, clothes size, telephone number, etc.

Recovering your password

If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘Account’ button in the top right of the home page, type in your email address, and click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. You will receive an email that will assist you to reset it.

Your wishlist and alerts

See something you love? You can create a product wishlist by clicking on the little heart icon that’s on every product page. You can find your wishlist with all your chosen products on the ‘My Account/Wishlist and Alerts’ page, which you can then modify and share with your loved ones via email. Be aware that putting an item on your wishlist doesn’t reserve it.

When new collections are released, some products may go out of stock very quickly. You can set up alerts that will tell you when they become available again. To make an alert for a particular product, all you have to do is click the ‘Create an alert’ option on its product page on our website. You will receive an email a few hours before the product becomes available again in our online shop.

Just like creating a wishlist, you can modify your alerts in the ‘My Account/Wishlist and Alerts’ page.

Deleting your account

If you wish to delete your Icône account, please contact us hello@icone-paris.com. Please be aware that if you delete your account, details of all of your past purchases will be lost as well.

Reserving items in your basket

Items in your basket are reserved for a period of thirty minutes. After this time, they are made available to other shoppers. Items reserved in your basket may not be available if you choose to order them after this time has elapsed.

Placing an order

You’re welcome to browse our collections and place orders on our French, UK or Spanish websites, which adjust to your country’s shipping region. 
​To change our website’s region, go to the top right of the website page.

– FR: French language, delivery to France and Europe, payment in € (Euros)
– EU: English language, delivery to Europe, payment in € (Euros)
– UK: English language, delivery to the UK, payment in £ (Pounds)
– ESP: Spanish language, delivery to Spain, payment in € (Euros)

Changing an order

You can add or remove items from your basket at any time before your order has been confirmed. Once your order has been placed, you will have to cancel the entire order should you wish to change, add or remove an item. Please be aware that you only have one hour to cancel an order after it has been placed.

Should you wish to change your shipping address, please cancel the entire order before doing so.

Canceling an order

Once your order has been confirmed, you have one hour to cancel it should you need to. To do so, go to the ‘My Account/My Orders’ page. After one hour is up, you will be unable to cancel the order. However, once you have received your package, you will have 15 days to send back your items and claim a refund.

Grouping orders together

Any orders you have made the same half day* will be grouped together – on condition that you have chosen the same delivery method and shipping address. When your orders are grouped together, you will only pay the shipping costs for the single package – you will be automatically refunded the shipping costs of each separate item that is grouped in with your first order.

Confirming your order

Your order is confirmed as soon as it appears in your ‘My Account/My Orders’ page.

You will also be sent a confirmation email with an order reference number, as well as a summary of all the items in your basket. Please be aware that on days when a new collection is launched, this email might take a few hours to be sent to you!

Country, shipping fee and delivery methods

Your location

We deliver free of charge all our products to France, Belgium, Spain and all EU countries from 100 EUR order. 

The duration in these countries of the transport is standard :

France, Belgique – 5-6 working days

Spain – 2-3 working days   

In Marbella you have the opportunity to pick up the order at a pickup point. In this case you do not pay the shipping fees. The order is prepared within 24 working hours. To view the pickup point in Marbella click here.

 

Tracking your order

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.

You can also follow your order on the ‘My Account/My Orders’ page:
– Preparing: We are lovingly putting together your order in our warehouse
– Dispatched: Your package has been handed to our courrier and they are getting your delivery to you
– Estimated delivery date: Estimated date on which your package should arrive at your chosen location
– Delivered: Your package has been delivered to your home.

Your package has been returned to the sender

Unfortunately, once your package has been returned to our studio, it cannot be re-sent to you, and you will be automatically refunded with 7 working days.

Twice a year we offer great sales of all the parts that have not been sold. All information you can receive by subscribing to our newsletter.

- Returns and refunds -

Returns

You have fifteen days from when you receive your order to return your purchases for a refund, if you’re not happy. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 

We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop.

1 – Register
For a faster refund you can register your request for a return on our site, under ‘MY ACCOUNT / MY RETURNS‘. Sign into your account and under My Returns, select the order number containing the items you would like to return. Click on the “Process a Return” button and choose the reason for return.

2 – Prepare

 

With a stick label parcel ( that you will receive by mail) , you prepare the original box to send to the nearest UPS store 

 

 

– From the rest of the world: send back the parcel using the return method of your choice to the following address:

Attach the return label to your parcel and take it to the nearest UPS store 

 

Exchanging an item

We don’t offer an exchange service through our website www.icone-paris.com . To order a new size, style or colour of your chosen item, you just have to place a new order through our online shop.

My package doesn´t contain return receipt

If your package doesn’t contain a return receipt, you can download one online at your ‘My Account/My Returns’ page:
– Click ‘Make a return request’
– Select the relevant option
– Select ‘I am using my return receipt’
– Select which products you would like to return to us
– Choose whether you would prefer to receive a refund or a credit note.
– Once you reach the return request confirmation page, you can then     click the ‘Download my return receipt’ option.

Should you have any difficulties, try using Chrome or Firefox to download your receipt! If this doesn’t work, contact us to hello@icone-paris.com we’re here to help!

Refund duration

You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for our studio to process your return package.

Please be aware that any orders purchased with online gift cards or credit notes will automatically be refunded as a credit note.

Your item has a small deffect

Our principal mission is to offer the best quality for you. If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact our Customer Service department at hello@icone-paris.com

Don’t forget to send a picture of the item and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible!

Tracking the progress of your return package

You can follow the progress of your return online on the ‘My Account/My Returns’ page. You will find the following information:
– The order reference number
– The date on which the return request for the item was made
– The chosen return method
– The return package tracking number
– The progress of the return process: pending or completed

 We are particularly committed to production recycling. This is the reason why all our boxes, cotton bags and packaging products are recyclable Bio products.
